As we are family owned and operated, we put loving care into each apartment and get to know each resident by name. We are not a faceless and impersonal management company! We also live onsite at one of our communities and provide timely response to maintenance requests at all our locations. Our communities are small, less than 32 apartments at each, so we can personally serve each resident’s needs.

All of our apartments are in classic brick buildings, nestled in quiet wooded settings near residential homes. We do welcome cats with a refundable deposit and monthly fee. Sorry, no dogs.

All of our locations are very CENTRALLY LOCATED so you can get just about anywhere in 20 minutes!! (We are less than 20 minutes from Tri County Mall, Kenwood Mall, UC, Xavier, and downtown!)
